Taroko Textile Corporation was established in 1973 with the initial capital of US$69,200K. Taroko became a public listing company in 1982. The company not only conducts fabric weaving, dyeing and printing but also provide trading services of fabrics finishing and processing. It annual sales amount achieves US$100,000K.

    Taroko has set up overseas mills in Indonesia and Shan Tung, China, and Hong Kong office to adapt to the trends of globalization. Taroko is working with the Taiwan Textile Federation, the Institute of Industrial Research, and worldwide-class bio-tech experts to better integrate and transform its products. Together, They are conducting research and development of new fabrics that are functional and marketable in the textile market.

    Currently, Taroko has put more efforts into improving the quality of fabrics, weaving and dyeing in order to increase the value of its products.
