Adequate resources and competent personnel are allocated to manage and supervise the revision, implementation, interpretation, consultation, and reporting of the <strong data-start=\"458\" data-end=\"519\">&#8220;Procedures for Integrity Management and Code of Conduct&#8221;<\/strong>. The main responsibilities of the Dedicated Unit include the following, and a report on action plans and supervisory execution results is submitted to the Board of Directors in the first quarter of each year:<\/span><\/p><ul><li data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"945\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assisting in the integration of integrity and ethical values into the Company\u2019s business strategy, and collaborating with regulatory systems to establish anti-corruption measures that ensure ethical operations.<\/span><\/li><li data-start=\"949\" data-end=\"1164\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Periodically analyzing and assessing the risk of unethical conduct within business operations, formulating relevant prevention programs, and defining standard operating procedures and codes of conduct accordingly.<\/span><\/li><li data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1369\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Planning the Company\u2019s internal structure, personnel assignments, and responsibilities, and establishing mutual supervision and checks for business activities with higher risks of unethical behavior.<\/span><\/li><li data-start=\"1373\" data-end=\"1451\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Promoting and coordinating integrity policy awareness and training programs.<\/span><\/li><li data-start=\"1455\" data-end=\"1532\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Designing whistleblowing mechanisms and ensuring their effective execution.<\/span><\/li><li data-start=\"1536\" data-end=\"1765\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assisting the Board of Directors and management in inspecting and evaluating the effectiveness of the anti-corruption mechanisms implemented, and regularly assessing compliance within related business processes, with reporting.<\/span><\/li><li data-start=\"1769\" data-end=\"1928\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Preparing and properly retaining documentation on the integrity management policy, compliance declarations, implementation commitments, and execution outcomes.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1930\" data-end=\"2624\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To ensure that all employees operate with the highest ethical standards and foster a corporate culture of integrity, the Company has formulated and published internal policies such as the <strong data-start=\"2118\" data-end=\"2179\">\u201cProcedures for Integrity Management and Code of Conduct\u201d<\/strong> and the <strong data-start=\"2188\" data-end=\"2217\">\u201cCode of Ethical Conduct\u201d<\/strong>. These guidelines regulate the ethical behavior and responsibilities expected of employees when engaging in business activities. The concept of integrity is also emphasized during onboarding training programs for new hires.<\/span><\/li><li data-start=\"456\" data-end=\"750\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Company signs <strong data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"509\">Integrity Commitment Statements<\/strong> with all counterparties and includes integrity-related clauses in contracts. In the event of any violation, the contract will be terminated, and the counterparty will be held liable for compensation and blacklisted from future transactions.<\/span><\/li><li data-start=\"755\" data-end=\"1176\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Company\u2019s <strong data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"830\">\u201cProcedures for Integrity Management and Code of Conduct\u201d<\/strong> clearly stipulate a <strong data-start=\"851\" data-end=\"893\">Conflict of Interest Prevention Policy<\/strong>.
