本公司董事会成员本着忠诚、谨慎及高度注意的态度以公司利益为前提，对于重大事项须善尽职责，同时确保公司会计系统和财务报告之适正性，并避免有董事会成员损及公司之行为或与股东间发生利益冲突之情事。
又董事会审慎选任、监督经营阶层，对公司事务进行客观判断，以及遴选适任之内部稽核主管。
本届董事共10人，任期自2021年07月29日至2024年7月28日。
董事成员中有1名女性董事，各董事于专业背景及技能面含括财务会计、化学化工、经营管理面等，均具备领导决策能力及相关产业知识学经历。
