Board of Directors
The Board of Directors shall be accountable to the shareholders' meeting for the various operations and arrangements of its corporate governance system to ensure that directors exercise their powers in accordance with laws, regulations of the Company's Articles of Incorporation, or resolutions of the shareholders' meeting.
Remuneration Committee
Evaluate the Company's policies and systems for the remuneration of directors, supervisors, and executive officers, and make recommendations to the Board of Directors for the Board's reference in decision making.
Audit Committee
Assist the Board of Directors in supervising the quality and integrity of the Company's accounting, auditing, financial reporting process and financial control.
Audit Office
Take charge of the audit of the company's internal control system, provide analysis, evaluation and other suggestions for improvement, and verify whether all operations are in compliance with laws and regulations and the Company's internal regulations, so as to improve management performance.
Chairman
Supervise the strategies of the overall business, formulate important investments and strategies, appoint key managerial officers to promote business, and handle and review legal affairs.
General Manager
Formulate the Company's business objectives and strategies, coordinate all affairs and project promotion, evaluate and implement investment projects, fund management and risk control, maintain and implement corporate image and public affairs relations.
Executive Deputy General Manager
Assist the General Manager to formulate business strategies, plan market development and brand positioning strategies, implement and manage the evaluation and analysis of various business performances.
Occupational Safety Room
Based on the provisions of the "Occupational Safety and Health Act" to formulate, plan, promote and supervise occupational safety and health-related businesses, such as prevention of occupational disasters or accidents at the workplace, promotion plans for employees' physical and mental health, accident handling mechanisms, and employee education and training.
Digital application room
Integrate the planning, promotion, implementation and acceptance of the company's digital application system, promote digital innovative applications, and improve the efficiency of Group operations and management.
Human Resources Department
Plan the Company's human resources policy, implement recruitment and appointment to find excellent talents for the company, conduct education and training to improve the growth of employees and realize their potential, and establish a fair and inspiring salary and welfare system.
Shopping Mall Division
Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of commercial real estate development projects, and the operation and management of theme amusement shopping centers.
Sports and Parenting Division
Responsible for the business management of sports and leisure venues, parenting entertainment venues and branded products, market information collection and development case analysis and evaluation, product sales, equipment and venue safety maintenance, customer service, new customer introduction and existing customer maintenance.
General Management Division
The administrative management unit is responsible for the planning, construction, information security and equipment maintenance of the Company's management information system; the management business related to fixed assets and the execution of general affairs.
Accounting Division
Responsible for the Company's financial planning and control, accounting services and tax management, investment management and analysis, fund management and financing planning and scheduling, comprehensively manage various stock affairs related matters; provide timely management information as the basis for business decisions.
Development Management Division
Development of reinvested businesses at home and abroad, investigation and analysis of investment benefits, implementation and management of exhibition plans.
